Making Sacrifices Today for Tomorrow's Success

Mateen and Kai discuss how having a vision when they were younger has led to their current success. What is a vision? Do our young people have vision? Our young people need to be taught how to develop a vision and how to sacrifice or forgo certain things while keeping their eyes on the prize. This has worked for me my entire life and Mateen has had similar experiences. How do we get this idea across to our young people.
